BY INSTALLING, USING, REGISTERING TO OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND GIVE AN EXPLICIT AND INFORMED CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE, REGISTER TO OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICES.
DeriBOSStudio reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so please review it frequently. If DeriBOSStudio makes material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, DeriBOSStudio may post a notice on DeriBOSStudio’s website along with the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
2. Personal data
We process your personal data in order to provide you with our services connected to the Game, as well as to contact you if we need to.
We also process your personal data to collect Game analytics.
In addition we process your personal data to collect Game statistics, which we use for further development of the Game. Such data helps us to develop new features and add them to the Games, fix Game errors, as well as analyze users’ interests and needs, technical issues of Game functioning, etc. Processing personal data for collecting and analyzing statistics helps us make your Game experience more personal and smooth.
Also we process your personal data to provide you with advertisements, which have been tailored to meet your interests with the help of our partners.
In any case we may process your personal data, if we are obliged to do so by applicable laws. We may also process your personal data, in case we are entitled to do so by the applicable data protection laws without obtaining your consent.
We process the following data:
• your Game ID (identification number). A Game ID is used to keep your data separate from the data of any other user. Our system provides you with a Game ID automatically when you install the Game on your device. The Game ID is a randomly assigned set of symbols, which is not connected to any data that may identify you. Each time you delete the Game and re-install it, you are assigned a new Game ID;
• your platform ID (identification number), such as Google Play Services ID. We use these data for synchronization (if you play the Game on different devices) and data recovery;
• your location data. These data may contain information about your IP address, state and city of your location. We process these data in order to adjust Game language and currency settings for you. The Game does not have geographic location tracking, we do not monitor your movement. Such data may also be used for advertising and analytics;
• your device information. These data include the operation system of your device and the version of the Game you use, your device ID (identification number), device language, brand and model of your device. By processing this information we check whether the Game on your device needs updating and what version do you need, in case update is required. Such data may also be used for advertising and analytics;
• information about your in-game purchases, such as a payment identification number, the type and amount of a product, as well as the price in your local currency. We never collect or process any payment information, such as bank card number, its validity term, your name as written on a bank card, etc.
• information about in-game events, such as your achievements within the Game, completed Game levels and actions taken within the Game, etc.;
• information you provide to us when addressing our help&support team or communicate with us through our official communities in social networks;
• information about your network provider, browser type, language, the version of the Game, your mobile advertising identifiers (such as your Google AAID), device IP address and network connection type. We may process this information with the help of our partners in order to provide you with advertisements, which have been chosen to meet your needs and interests, and analytics.
Finally, we may process information about you, which is made available to us by any of our partners, provided that such partner is entitled to share such information with us.
Do we provide third parties with your personal data?
Yes. For the purposes of analytics and advertising, we use services and solutions provided by third parties. Such parties process these data on our behalf and the respective technical solutions represent a part of the Game.
You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by DeriBOSStudio may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.
Personal information collected by DeriBOSStudio is information voluntarily provided to us by you when you create your account or change your account information. The information includes your facebook id, name, gender, location and your friends’id on facebook. DeriBOSStudio also stores your game checkins, likes, dislikes, recommendations and messages.
DeriBOSStudio may use collected personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, providing customer and technical support, managing and providing Services (including managing advertisement serving) and to further develop the Services and other DeriBOSStudio services and products. DeriBOSStudio may combine non-personal data with personal data.
DeriBOSStudio has the right to share your personal data as necessary for the aforementioned third parties to provide their services for DeriBOSStudio. DeriBOSStudio is not liable for the acts and omissions of these third parties, except as provided by mandatory law.
DeriBOSStudio may disclose your personal data to third parties as required by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or DeriBOSStudio to legal liability. DeriBOSStudio may also disclose your personal data to third parties when DeriBOSStudio has a reason to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury or interference with DeriBOSStudio’s rights, property, operations, users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage, or DeriBOSStudio believes that such disclosure is necessary to protect DeriBOSStudio’s rights, combat fraud and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on DeriBOSStudio. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeriBOSStudio will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such disclosure through DeriBOSStudio’s website or in another reasonable manner.
3. Security
We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or unauthorized alteration. By downloading any DeriBOSStudio software or application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
4. Review of personal information
At any time, you may ask us to remove your gaming and personal information from our system. However, some information may be necessary for providing you our services and support. In that event we may not be able to provide you one or more of our services that you are using. We may not be able to delete all of your gaming activity if it is linked to another active users. Even if you delete the game application from your phone, the past game results are not be deleted.
5. Push notifications
After downloading a Game, you will be asked to accept or refuse push notifications. If you accept push notifications, we will collect and use push notification tokens to send you Game-specific notifications on your mobile Device. You may disable push notifications at any time by going to your Device settings.
6. For users in the European union
A. Legal Basis for Processing. Our legal basis for collecting, using, and sharing your personal information will depend on the purpose for which we use your personal information. Typically, we will rely on the following legal bases for processing your personal information: (i) your consent; (ii) where our processing is in our legitimate interest (e.g. processing for analytics or direct marketing) or in the legitimate interest of our Ad Partners or Service Providers; or (iii) where our processing is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. to make the Games or Websites accessible to you). If we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
B. Your Personal Information Rights. C. Transfer of Personal Information Outside of the EU. Because our Service Providers are located in countries outside of the European Union, your personal information will be transferred to other countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as the laws of your country of residence. We rely on model contractual clauses and/or the Privacy Shield certification for such transfers.

7. Changes To Our Privacy Policy
We may amend this statement at any time and with immediate effect by updating this document of Privacy Policy. We will seek to notify you of any changes beforehand. If we are not able to do so, it is your responsibility to periodically review any changes in this Privacy Policy page.
